Account Termination & Suspension

bv77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bv77 reasonably determines that the player has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to other players, to bv77, or to the integrity of the platform.

Players may request the voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the bv77 support team. Before a voluntary closure request is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed, any active bonus balances will be cancelled, and any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to identity verification.

Where an account is closed by bv77 for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions), bv77 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation.
